Queen’s Easter to ‘undoubtedly include private worship’ despite no public plans | Royal | News

On Easter Sunday, the Queen is expected to either visit her personal chapel inside Windsor Castle or another chapel on the royal estate.

Mr Fitzwilliams added: “Happily, this year, things look very different.

“However, lockdown in England has only just started to be eased and the Queen’s activities, which will undoubtedly include private worship, as she is known to be deeply religious, naturally reflect the Government’s message of caution.”

While the Queen is exercising extreme caution, for now, she is likely to be seen out and about more in the coming months as lockdown continues to be eased.
